Terra Buckley, JD

Vice President, Head of MedPro Compliance Advisory Services

Terra has extensive experience in the biotech and pharmaceutical industry, having worked in both commercial and compliance roles for over 20 years. Since 2010 Terra has focused on building, enhancing, and leading compliance and transparency programs for companies at various stages of growth, including pre-commercial start-ups and global commercial organizations. Terra oversees MedPro’s Aggregate Spend and Advisory Services teams and is committed to helping companies build programs that work because they are grounded in the regulations yet customized, flexible, and focused on enabling the business while managing risk. Terra earned her JD in health law and compliance from Seton Hall Law and is admitted to the New Jersey Bar.

Senior Director, Regulatory Compliance & Data Governance

Jennifer is a regulatory professional with over 24 years of experience delivering relevant, quantifiable results to clients and business partners in Life Sciences. She has prior experience as a Senior Director responsible for US Healthcare Practitioner (HCP) & Healthcare Organization (HCO) data assets at Veeva Systems, Director Compliance Solutions at IQVIA (then HDS), Director of Compliance Services at the XL Group (ClaritySM), and Director of Operations at Dakota Services Corp. She has also served as a vendor representative on the Sharing Alliance Board for two years, maintains her US Healthcare Compliance Certification from Seton Hall Law School, and is a member of both the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association (HBA) and the American Society for Quality (ASQ).

Chelsea Ott

Chelsea Ott, JD

Director, Global Regulatory, MedPro Compliance Advisory Services

Chelsea Ott is the Director of Global Regulatory. Her primary responsibilities include providing aggregate spend customers with guidance and benchmarking on transparency questions, as well as tracking legislative and regulatory updates. Chelsea also serves as the Editor of RegulatoryID, MedPro’s comprehensive resource library that synthesizes current and pending laws, regulations, and guidance documents regarding transparency reporting and related compliance program. Prior to MedPro Systems, Chelsea served as Assistant General Counsel at a New Jersey health system and Healthcare & Life Sciences Associate at a New York City law firm. Chelsea earned her US and EU Healthcare Compliance Certifications and law degree, cum laude, from Seton Hall Law School and her undergraduate degree, cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania. Chelsea is a member of the New York and New Jersey Bar.

Adam Rothman

Adam Rothman, JD

Adam has extensive experience building, implementing and supporting transparency programs for pharmaceutical and medical device companies. Prior to MedPro Systems, Adam was the Manager of Aggregate Spend and Transparency for Esperion Therapeutics where he led the company’s efforts in creating policies, standard operating procedures, trainings, and transparency report submissions for the newly commercialized organization. Prior to this, Adam provided transparency-related guidance and support to numerous Life Sciences companies as a consultant advisor specializing in transparency systems and solutions. While working full-time, Adam received his Juris Doctorate from Rutgers Law School and is a member of the New Jersey Bar. Adam is also a veteran of Israel Defense Forces having served as a paratrooper in its storied 202nd Airborne Division.

Elan Schefflein is a Senior Compliance Advisor in the Global Regulatory group. Elan works with clients worldwide to help them build and maintain a robust transparency and compliance program. In addition to counseling international and domestic clients on their disclosure obligations, Elan tracks legislative and regulatory updates and is a RegulatoryID Contributor. Prior to MedPro Systems, Elan was Of Counsel at a New York law firm and served as an Assistant District Attorney at the Nassau County District Attorney’s Office. Elan received his law degree from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bar and admitted to practice Federally in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.

Ben is well versed in the intricacies of Transparency Reporting with a background in HCP data management, reporting and regulations, SOP documentation, project management and analytics. His primary responsibilities include providing aggregate spend customers with guidance and benchmarking on transparency questions, as well as new product development, data analytics and operational organization. Prior to MedPro Systems, Ben was with Stryker for seven years in varying roles, most recently as Associate Manager, Transparency and Analytics. Ben earned his Bachelor of Arts degree for Business Administration with a focus in Communications and Marketing at Spring Arbor University.

Dustin Krueger

Dustin Krueger

Global Data Services Lead, MedPro Compliance Advisory Services

Dustin has extensive experience with Transparency Reporting, HCP data management, remediation and regulations, system process improvements, SOP documentation, and project management. His primary responsibilities include providing aggregate spend customers with guidance and benchmarking on transparency questions, as well as process improvement, new product development, leading MedPro’s global data services and international reporting. Prior to MedPro Systems, Dustin was with Stryker for nine years, in several positions, most recently as Lead Staff Supervisor, Finance, leading the transparency data remediation team. After serving eight years in the Army, Dustin obtained his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration.
